Donna Sroczynski began her career as a registered nurse, specializing in senior care. Donna served as the Vice President of Operations, Chief Clinical Officer, and President of Operations for leading healthcare companies and transitioned to animal health as the Vice President of Operations for Ethos Veterinary Health in 2022.

Donna obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on leadership from Duke University.

As Head of Operations, Donna is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all hospitals. Her role is centered on driving excellence and delivering the highest standards of care and service to the pets and people in her group.
